Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Content from Southern Atmosphere

To purchase videos and/or photo sets outside of our LoyalFans library, including early access content, customers may contact Southern Atmosphere Studios through the following methods:

• Website: Submit a request via our contact form at https://www.southern-atmospherestudios.com/.

• Email: Send an inquiry directly to info.southatmo@gmail.com.

To comply with legal requirements prohibiting the sale of adult content to minors, Southern Atmosphere Studios enforces strict age verification protocols. Customers must verify their age using one of the following methods:

• LoyalFans Verification:

  • Register at https://www.loyalfans.com/southernatmosphere.

  • Follow our profile and send a private message containing the verification code provided to you.

• ID Photo Verification:

  • Submit a photo of yourself holding a valid government-issued identification through our secure file transfer system.

Age verification is a one-time requirement, provided the customer’s contact information remains unchanged. Age verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. Southern Atmosphere Studios will not sell content to customers who refuse to verify their age.

• Upon approval of your order, an invoice will be issued via PayPal.

  • PayPal is the only accepted payment method at this time.

• An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon receipt of payment.

• For early access content:

  • Editing will commence only after at least 50% of the full payment has been received.

  • Editing time is estimated at one (1) day per line item on the invoice.

• Early Access Content:

  • If 50% payment is received:

    • Customers will be notified upon content completion and must provide the remaining payment to receive delivery.

  • If full payment is received:

    • Content will be delivered as soon as it is ready.

• All content will be delivered via a secure Google Drive link.

• Customers must download all content within 48 hours of receiving the link.

• Content links will only be shared with the email address(es) associated with the invoice. Sharing with other email accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Refunds are accepted only prior to content delivery. Once content is delivered, all refund requests will be rejected.

• For early access content:

  • If the final content cost is less than the estimated invoice (e.g., shorter video length or fewer photos than anticipated), the difference will be refunded to the customer.

• Southern Atmosphere Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• All content purchased is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent from Southern Atmosphere Studios.

• By purchasing content, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
